Crumble cu prune- Plum Crumble

Crumble cu prune, un desert clasic englezesc.

Este vremea prunelor , am facut rapid un desert simplu dar gustos. M-am inspirat din reteta dragei mele Alice de la Tara bucatelor

"Prune, scortisoara,faina si unt 
Si ne-apucam de facut 
Facem un crumble cu prune
O sa iasa o minune!"

Timp total: 40-50 min

INGREDIENTE
300-400 gr prune
100 gr unt 
100 gr faina
4  linguri zahar
scortisoara
putin unt pentru uns

MOD DE PREPARARE
Spalam prunele si coatem samburii din ele, apoi le taiem in 4 sau 6. Presaram 2 linguri de zahar pe ele si le lasam sa stea 20 min.
Faina , scortisoara si zaharul se pun in bol. Se adauga untul rece taiat bucati si incepem sa framantam cu degetele. Trebuie sa obtinem o compozitie faramicioasa. Ungem formele de ramekin cu unt , punem prune si peste punem aluat! Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la foc potrivit 20-25 min.

INGREDIENTS
300-400 gr plums
100 g butter
100 gr flour
4 tablespoons sugar
cinnamon
little butter smeared

PREPARATION
Wash plums and remove the  pits from them, then cut them into 4 or 6. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar on them and let them stand for 20 min.
Flour, sugar, cinnamon  put in bowl. Add the cold butter pieces and with  fingers we  begin to knead. You need to get a crumbly composition. Brush forms ramekin with butter, put plums and over we put the dough! Bake in preheated oven 20 to 25 minutes on medium heat.
